D.E.S.V. graduate students are encouraged to obtain an international certification through the board examination of the E.C.V.P. or A.C.V.P.
21 DESV diplomates are also E.C.V.P. diplomates by examination (on 70)
5 DESV diplomates are also A.C.V.P. diplomates
E.C.V.P. diplomates are present in all veterinary pathology departments participating to formation; three departments are presently agreed by the E.C.V.P. as formation centers for E.C.V.P. board examination.
